[Ticket pickup information]
- Tickets purchased on the Global page can only be collected on-site.
- The ticket booth will operate from 7 hours before the show until 30 minutes after it begins. (Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances.)
- When picking up your ticket on-site, you must bring your reservation confirmation (printed or available on the mobile page) and a valid ID (physical) for identification purposes.
- Please make sure in advance that the ID you bring matches the information on the ticket seller site reservation form. You are solely responsible if you fail to bring a valid, designated ID.
- If ticket is not collected during the ticket booth’s operating hours, or if the person collecting the tickets is not the original purchaser, proxy collection and entry will not be permitted.

[Entry Information]
- Each guest must possess one ticket per person to enter the venue.
- SOUND CHECK and M&G ticket holders must complete on-site identity verification to receive their ticket and wristband (one per person). The wristband must be worn at all times to be permitted entry.
- Admissions for each ticket category and area begin at different times. Please check the admission time for the ticket you reserved.

[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved 10AM, Friday, July 10, 2026 (KST)
only by phone through the NOL ticket customer service center (1544-1555 / operating hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event at the on-site wheelchair reservation ticket booth in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You and your accompanying guest will both be denied entry if you fail to present the above-mentioned certificate and ID card.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (*Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted)

※ You can only receive one queue order with one account.
If you create a queue using multiple devices or browsers at the same time, your existing queue will be automatically closed.
