MGK Live in Korea - Venue Change Notice

We sincerely thank everyone who has been looking forward to MGK's concert in Korea.

To provide the best possible concert experience, the venue for the show has been updated. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing everyone at the new location.

Concert date and time remain unchanged. Only the venue has changed.

Previous Venue: KINTEX Exhibition Center 2, Hall 9

New Venue: YES24 Live Hall



1. For Current Ticket Holders

If you already have tickets and plan to attend, no action is required.

Your ticket will remain valid for the new venue, and your section and standing entry number will remain unchanged.

Please note that the new venue includes reserved seating on the 2nd floor. These seats are a different ticket category and cannot be exchanged from existing standing tickets. Guests interested in reserved seating may purchase those tickets separately once they become available.

Due to the venue change, tickets for MGK Live in Korea will also be available through additional ticketing platforms.


2. If You Are Unable to Attend

If the venue change affects your plans, you may request a full refund, including the booking fee, through the reservation page.

To receive a full refund related to the venue change, please complete your cancellation from July 2nd, 1PM to July 23rd, 5 PM via NOL WORLD My Reservation page.

After July 23rd, 5PM, cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the ticketing platform's standard cancellation and refund policy.
