※ By making a ticket reservation, you are accepting the terms in this notice. These terms are subject to change depending on event circumstances. Please check the information carefully before attending the concert to ensure that you are not adversely affected in any way.

※ Please have your mobile ticket ready in advance, as network congestion at the venue may cause connectivity issues.

※ You can send or receive mobile tickets for this performance.
- The transferred mobile ticket must be received within 24 hours after it has been sent. Otherwise, the transfer will automatically be canceled after 24 hours.
- You can cancel the mobile ticket transfer if it has not yet been received.
- If the companion declines the mobile ticket, it will be returned to the person who reserved it.
- If the companion has completed mobile ticket registration, the person who reserved the ticket cannot cancel it. Cancellation is only possible if the ticket is transferred back.
- If you send the mobile ticket to yourself instead of your companion, you will not be able to access the transferred mobile ticket. Please make sure to send the mobile ticket to the companion who will actually receive it.

- Sending/receiving mobile tickets is available only to NOL and NOL World members; it is not available through NOL ticket. Existing NOL ticket members must convert to an integrated membership in order to make reservations on NOL. New customers who are not registered with either NOL ticket or NOL should register a new NOL account.


[Restricted View Seats]
▶ Your seat may be subjected to different degrees of sight or audio obstruction due to structures of the venue (handrails, pillars, etc.) and the stage or camera equipment, depending on the location of the seat and individual viewing preferences. Any changes, cancellations and/or refunds due to sight or audio obstruction will not be allowed on the day of the show. Please note that concert organizers and the authorized ticket seller cannot provide any solutions to problems arising from such obstructed views.

[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved starting at 9 AM, Saturday, June 13, 2026 (KST) via the ticket vendor’s customer service center. (help.global@nol-universe.com / operating hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event at the on-site ticket booth in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You and your accompanying guest will both be denied entry if you fail to present the above-mentioned certificate and ID card.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (* Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted)

※ You can only receive one queue order with one account.
If you create a queue using multiple devices or browsers at the same time, your existing queue will be automatically closed.
