[On-site Ticket Pick-up Information]
- When collecting your reserved ticket on-site, you must bring both a valid physical ID that can verify your identity and your NOL World reservation confirmation.
- The information on your ID must match the details on your NOL World reservation confirmation; otherwise, ticket collection will not be possible.
- If you are not the person who made the reservation, or if your identity cannot be verified, you will not be able to collect the ticket.
