However, please understand that, due to the characteristics of the stage, even if your seat is not classified as a restricted view seat, your view may be partially obstructed by stage structures/equipment depending on the production situation and the artist’s position.
※ Your seat may be subjected to different degrees of sight or audio obstruction due to structures of the venue (handrails, pillars, etc.) and the stage or camera equipment, depending on the location of the seat and individual viewing preferences. Any changes, cancellations and/or refunds due to sight or audio obstruction will not be allowed on the day of the show. Please note that concert organizers and the authorized ticket seller cannot provide any solutions to problems arising from such obstructed views.

- Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers), pets, flowers, or balloons into the venue is prohibited.
- To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please avoid any actions that could disrupt the concert for others or pose harm, such as displaying oversized slogans or cheering gear, or tossing items onto the stage. On-site staff may intervene if such conduct is observed.
※ On the day of the concert, no parking will be provided at the venue. We strongly suggest using public transportation for your convenience.
- In addition, the area around the concert venue is expected to be very crowded, so we recommend arriving at the venue with plenty of time to spare.
- To facilitate the efficient and safe transit of the large number of attendees, please charge and prepare your transportation card with enough balance for your return before departure.
- Illegal parking or double-parking around the venue may result in fines or towing. If such acts happen you have the sole responsibility, and the event organizers and the venue will not be held responsible for this matter.
