※ To prevent fraudulent ticket purchases, tickets can only be purchased through accounts that have completed identity verification. Please be sure to complete passport verification on the [NOL World > My Account > Verified Member Only] page before the ticket purchase.

※ You can only receive one queue order with one account.
If you create a queue using multiple devices or browsers at the same time, your existing queue will be automatically closed.

[Ticket Receipt]
- Tickets purchased on the NOL World can only be received on-site.
- You must bring your valid ID which is not expired and the ticket purchase confirmation document with you (The copies and photos cannot be confirmed).
- You may watch the concert only when the names of the person who reserved a ticket through NOL World on the confirmation document and the actual watcher are all identical to one another.
- You cannot receive the tickets unless your ID is identical to your name even though you purchased the tickets. Please make sure to bring your real ID which can verify yourself with you.

※ The ticket cannot be reissued regardless of them being lost, damaged, or stolen and entry will be denied if you fail to present a ticket, regardless of the reason.
