▶ Your seat may be subjected to different degrees of sight or audio obstruction due to structures of the venue (handrails, pillars, etc.) and the stage or camera equipment, depending on the location of the seat and individual viewing preferences. Any changes, cancellations and/or refunds due to sight or audio obstruction will not be allowed on the day of the show. Please note that concert organizers and the authorized ticket seller cannot provide any solutions to problems arising from such obstructed views.

[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved starting at 9 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2026 (KST) via the ticket vendor’s customer service center. (1544-1555 / operating hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event at the on-site Ticket booth in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You and your accompanying guest will both be denied entry if you fail to present the above-mentioned certificate and ID card.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (* Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted)
