[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved 9 AM, Friday, December 19, 2025 (KST) only by phone through the NOL ticket customer service center (1544-1555 / operating hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the event in order to receive your ticket. Both you and your accompanying guest will be denied entry if these documents are not provided.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket.
