［Guidelines on Ticket Purchase］
- Only 2024 JUNG YONG HWA LIVE ‘YOUR CITY’ IN SEOUL Ticket Holders can purchase the tickets.
(Only those who purchased 2024 JUNG YONG HWA LIVE ‘YOUR CITY’ tickets before February 13th, 2024 (Tue) 23:59 ［KST］ will be able to participate in the ticket purchase)
-Ticket Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person (per performance)
-‘YOUR CITY’ Reservation Verification Period: February 15th, 2024 (Thu) 14:00 - until the end of purchase period ［KST］
-General Ticket Purchase Period: February 16th, 2024 (Fri) 20:00 - until the end of the purchase period ［KST］
-During the verification period, please enter your ‘YOUR CITY’ Reservation information (reservation number, ‘YOUR CITY’ Ticket Holder’s ID) and verify in advance to participate in the ticket purchase.
-For accompanying guests, log in with your INTERPARK TICKET ID and verify with ‘YOUR CITY’ Reservation information (reservation number, ‘YOUR CITY’ Ticket Holder’s ID) from ‘YOUR CITY’ Ticket Holder to purchase the tickets. (Only one verification is possible with one ‘YOUR CITY’ reservation number. Duplicate verification is unavailable.)

-For those who signed-in with SNS(Facebook/Weibo/Alipay) accounts, please verify with your NAME('PAYER') of 'YOUR CITY' reservation instead of INTERPARK TICKET ID.
-If you have made a purchase through direct deposit, you must make a deposit by 23:59 on the day of purchase in order to avoid cancellation. (Unpaid purchases will be canceled.)
-Only mobile tickets will be issued for this concert. Physical tickets will not be provided.
-Mobile tickets (QR code) will be issued to ‘D-FREE’ LIVE Ticket Holder’s ID through the INTERPARK APP or INTERPARK TICKET APP 12 hours before the concert.
