Please read the following important information on the fraudulent to secure raffle tickets or reserve tickets.
As previously announced, any ticket determined to have been reserved through irregular or fraudulent methods will be cancelled without prior notification.
If you have made such irregular or invalid reservations, we ask for your consideration in enabling as many guests as possible to enjoy the performance by canceling your ticket.
For all such cases, we will cancel or otherwise sanction all cases of fraudulent ticket reservation regardless of the time required to fully implement these measures.

[Restricted View Seats]
▶ Section: Portion of Section 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 21, 22, 24, 27, 28 of first level / Portion of Section 44, 64 of second level / Portion of Section 11 of third level
▶ Restricted view seats will be included in early reservation.
▶ Your seat may be subjected to different degrees of sight or audio obstruction due to the presence of structures or equipment and depending on the location of the seat and individual viewing preferences. Please carefully consider these factors when purchasing your seat.
Any changes, cancellations and/or refunds due to sight or audio obstruction will not be allowed on the day of the show. Please note that concert organizers and the authorized ticket seller cannot provide any solutions to problems arising from such obstructed views.

[Guideline for the Venue]
- This is an outdoor performance and all seats will be reserved.
- In the event of rain, the performance will continue as scheduled and raincoats will be provided.
- Please note that a request for cancellation and refund of a ticket from the guest with weather conditions cited as the reason will not be granted. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

[Verification of Identity]
- For this performance, identity verification will be conducted on-site to prevent ticket scalping or the illegal transfer of tickets.
Even if you bear the ticket you reserved under your name, you cannot enter the venue without an ID that can confirm your identity.
You must present a form of ID that can verify your identity. (Please refer to 'What is valid and verifiable identification?' at the top of this notice for acceptable forms of ID).
- Each guest entering the concert venue must have one ticket and one wristband.
You can pick up your wristband after confirming your identity in the Identity Verification Booths designated for your seat (level) on the day of the performance.
- For guests who have purchased their ticket through the raffle or the Fan Club early reservation, the names used for your BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP and your ticket reservation and your real name as verified by an ID must all match. As we may ask you to present your mobile card for verification, please have your mobile card (available in-app) ready.
- If you have purchased a ticket using an Interpark ID that is not in your name, you will be denied entry even if you present your identification and proof of identity since the name on the reservation and the name of the actual guest will not match.
(Transfers between family members or entry by an immediate family member are not allowed.)
- For guests who have purchased two tickets, both guests must go through the identity verification process together. The accompanying guest cannot have his or her identity verified unless accompanied by the primary ticket holder.
- No on-site refunds will be provided for delays in entry related to the identity verification process and the large number of people expected at the booths. Please arrive early to the venue and complete the identity verification process well in advance to ensure that your concert-going experience is not adversely affected.

[Ticket Reservation Schedule (all times are KST)］
▶ Fan Club Early Reservation Verification Period: From 2PM on Sept.20th, 2019 (Fri) to 4PM on Sept. 26th (Thur)
- Only users who have purchased an ARMY Membership before 1:59PM on September 16, 2019 will be eligible to participate in the Early Reservation. Users who register after this time will not be able to verify their Early Reservation, so please check the schedule.
- Please be sure to log in and make a reservation with an Interpark ID created with the same name used for creating your ARMY Membership. (You cannot make reservations using an ID created under another person’s name, such as a family member or legal representative; tickets reserved using an ID not in the same name as the ARMY Membership holder will not be accepted for entry into the venue.)
- You only need to go through the Fan Club Verification once regardless of the date you wish to attend.

- You need to go through the Fan Club Verification again to take part in the Early Reservation even though you went through the Verification for the Raffle before.

▶ Fan Club Early Reservation: From 8PM on Sept. 25th, 2019 (Wed) to 4PM on Sept. 26th (Thur)
- You can take part in the Early Reservation on Interpark’s reservation page for this show after verifying your Fan Club membership during the verification period.
- Up to two tickets can be reserved by one person (including any Raffle tickets) for each show.

▶ General Reservation: From 8PM. on Sept. 26th (Thur)
- General reservation will be initiated after the completion of the Raffle and Fan Club Early Reservation for any remaining seats.
- Up to two tickets can be reserved for one person (including any Raffle and Early Reservation tickets).

[Wheelchair Use Guide]
Guests who wish to use wheelchair accessible seats, please contact Interpark Customer Center (1544-1555) for further information after making a reservation. Please note that guests picking up their tickets at the venue must present his or her own disability registration / benefits card, and will be restricted from entry without verification.
