* Tickets booked on the web will be given at the venue from 13:00.
* ID or the printed copy of booking confirmation letter is required to receive the tickets.
* Only ticket holders will be allowed into the show.
* Any tickets lost cannot be reissued or refunded.
* Tickets are not refundable on the concert date.
* No Alcohol Allowed.

* Please line up in the order of your admission number by 17:00 after picking up the tickets.
* The admission number may turn invalid if you are behind the time.
