At 11 a.m., when the ticket sales opened, we identified an issue with the Interpark ticketing system. Unfortunately, the delay in notifying our audience may have caused frustration for those preparing to book their tickets, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.
After consulting with Interpark Ticket, we confirmed that there was a system conflict related to the global site’s ticketing function. We regret to inform you that the pre-sale for Yeonwoo Family members through Interpark Ticket’s global site, which was initially planned for the second ticket opening, will not be possible due to system limitations.
If you are a Yeonwoo Family member who planned to purchase tickets through the global site, please reach out via our official email (info@iyeonwoo.com) or send us a DM on social media by November 17 (Sun) for a membership refund.
The second ticket sale will now proceed on November 13 (Wed). We apologize for the delay in the ticket opening from the originally announced schedule and kindly ask for your understanding by referring to the updated notice below.

- Performance Dates Available for Sale: December 17, 2024 (Tue) - January 5, 2025 (Sun)

- Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

- Please note that changes, cancellations, and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances on the day of the performance.

- Entry may be restricted once the performance begins, so we kindly ask that you arrive at the venue with sufficient time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals due to traffic or other delays.

- Re-entry will not be permitted if you leave the venue during the performance.
