住宿的清洁度还可以，但以价格来说谈不上好。空调一直有响声，睡觉时不得不关掉。墙可能很薄，或者只是夹板，隔壁房间的噪音会直接传过来，挺不舒服的。不推荐。
床角和窗台上堆了不少灰尘，但床品很柔软也很干净。 房间比想象中更小，除了睡觉几乎没法做别的事。点外卖也没有吃东西的空间，只能出去吃，有点可惜。 盥洗用品需要付费并通过银行转账购买，评论里很多人提到隔音问题让我担心，但实际并没有隔音问题。 总体来说以价格来看还算中规中矩，离开封站（개봉역）步行大约3—4分钟，位置近很方便。
可能因为住宿处没有人，感觉很多事情不太顺利，电梯也不能在一楼乘坐。
除了停车有点困难之外，干净且设施良好。
客房整洁，感觉很好。
