If passenger demand increases, we will arrange a larger vehicle accordingly, so seats for all customers with confirmed reservations are 100% guaranteed. There is no need to worry about a lack of remaining seats.
For smooth headcounts and boarding, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the designated departure time and look for the dedicated staff for foreigners.
departure shuttle from the venue (heading home/to the airport) will depart approximately 40 minutes after the entire concert, including the encore, is completely finished. On-site staff will check the headcount until the very end.
The arrival time at the venue and the return time to the airport/Seoul may vary slightly depending on bad weather conditions and local traffic congestion on the day.
