* According to the terms on the notice of this concert, ticket reservations will be canceled for cases where abnormal or fraudulent methods(e.g., using a macro program, etc.) have been detected in the ticket purchasing process.

※ The ticket reservation process for this concert is as follows. Some reservation schedules may differ between the Korean and Global ticket reservation pages. Please make sure to check the procedures and schedules below for a smooth reservation experience.

[Ticket pickup information]
- Tickets purchased on the Global page can only be collected on-site.
- The ticket booth will operate from 6 hours before the show until 30 minutes after it begins. (Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances.)
- When picking up your ticket on-site, you must bring your reservation confirmation (printed or available on the mobile page) and a valid ID (physical) for identification purposes.
- Please make sure in advance that the ID you bring matches the information on the ticket seller site reservation form. You are solely responsible if you fail to bring a valid, designated ID.
- If ticket is not collected during the ticket booth’s operating hours, or if the person collecting the tickets is not the original purchaser, proxy collection and entry will not be permitted.

[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved 10 AM, Thursday, July 2, 2026 (KST) only by phone through the ticket seller's customer service center (1544-1555 / operating hours from 9AM to 6PM). Please note that these tickets may sell out before the reservation period ends. Be mindful of this date, as it differs from the general on sale schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event in order to receive your ticket. Both you and your accompanying guest will be denied entry if these documents are not provided.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (*Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted)

※ You can only receive one queue order with one account.
If you create a queue using multiple devices or browsers at the same time, your existing queue will be automatically closed.
