- 本商品のチケットは購入者ご本人のみが使用可能であり、譲渡および代理受取は一切できません。
- ホテルの宿泊は購入者本人が直接チェックインを行った場合にのみご利用いただけます。また、宿泊者に未成年者が含まれる場合は、法定保護者の同伴が必要です。
- 本商品に記載されているすべての時間は、韓国標準時（KST）です。
- Play&Stay シャトルバスの出発時間は、公演当日にホテルにてご確認いただけます。
- Play&Stay シャトルサービスは商品購入者（1名様パッケージまたは2名様パッケージ）のみご利用いただけます。また、ご購入いただいた公演回の当日のみご利用可能です。

キャンセル規定
・マイページ>予約・キャンセル内訳からキャンセルできます。
・宿泊と公演のキャンセルは同時に行われるため、部分キャンセルはできません。
・キャンセル手数料
購入後8日目から公演日の 26日前まで、1件につき4,000ウォン
鑑賞日の25日前から15日前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金 40％
鑑賞日の14日前から8日前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金 70％
鑑賞日の7日前から 4日前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金 90％
鑑賞日の 3日前から 当日キャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金100％、返金不可
