▶ Your seat may be subjected to different degrees of sight or audio obstruction due to the presence of structures or equipment and depending on the location of the seat and individual viewing preferences.
Any changes, cancellations and/or refunds due to sight or audio obstruction will not be allowed on the day of the show. Please note that concert organizers and the authorized ticket seller cannot provide any solutions to problems arising from such obstructed views.

鑑賞日の26日前まで：キャンセル料金なし
鑑賞日の25日前から16日前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金30％
鑑賞日の15日前から8日前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金50％
鑑賞日の7日前から3日前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金70％
鑑賞日の2日前から 当日キャンセルした場合：キャンセル料金100％、返金不可
