Ticket Reservation Information
 All sections are reserved seating (A person is allowed to get a maximum of 2 tickets for this fan meeting.)
 Please check your ticket and make sure that you are sitting in the correct seat.

 

 Wheelchair seats can be booked through the customer service center of Interpark Ticket (Tel : 1544-1555)

 

 To avoid illegal deals and transactions of “ How To Live 신세경 with 신한카드”, ticket pick-up at the venue will be issued after checking ID of the purchaser and documents.

 

 Present any kind of personal ID in original copy for identification purposes.

 

 Failing to present relevant evidential document of the identification, tickets will not be issued.

 

Original identification : Identification card, Passport or Driver’s License.

 

*For purchases using the ID of an immediate family member
A document that verifies your relationship with that family member, and a physical copy of the identification card with a photo of the person collection the ticket, and a printed copy of your ticket purchase statement

 

 

Documents that can be used to verify a familial relationship : Certificate of Family Registry, Household Register or Medical Insurance Card.

 The ticket sales of this event will be held by INTERPARK only, and the tickets will not be sold by any other sites or method.

 

 The tickets that are purchase through non-designated site and purchased through individual trades or secondhand trades are not allowed for cancellation or refund.

 

 Purchasing from individual trades or secondhand trades tickets will not be responsible for organizer and ticket purchasing site.

 

 Any illegal trading on the ticket purchase will lead to cancellation on ticket and legal action

 No cancellation or refund on the day of the show

 

 

Ticket Pickup and Entrance

 

 Ticket Box will be opened One and a half hours prior to show and closed 30 minute after the beginning of the show.

 

 You can enter the concert hall 30 minute before the show (this time may be changed without notice)

 

 You can use the storage operated by the concert hall for free.

 

 Arriving after the show is restricted from entering the concert hall. Entrance is only permitted according to the guidance for smooth operation.

 

 Please be sure to come at least 30 minutes before the show begins.

 

 Dangerous materials such as glass bottles, cans, firecrackers and flash lights, as well as food/beverages are not permitted inside, except bottled water with a proper cap.

 

 Unauthorized photography, video recordings, SNS lives are extremely prohibited. Anybody caught breaking this rule can be withdrawn from the fan meeting.
