［Sleep No More Seoul: Notice of Running Time Change］

Dear Guest,
Please be advised that the running time for performances from August 7 (Fri) to August 9 (Sun) has been temporarily changed from 180 minutes to 135 minutes.
Due to the prolonged heatwave, the building＇s air conditioning system has been temporarily affected.
As a result, we have made the unavoidable decision to shorten the running time of the performance.
This decision was made in the best interest of our guests, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Guests who choose to attend the performance with the revised running time will receive a complimentary ticket for a future performance at the venue, allowing them to attend an additional performance at a later date.

Guests who wish to cancel their reservation due to the running time change may do so without a cancellation fee if they meet the following conditions:
- The reservation was made by 11:00 AM on Friday, August 7
- The cancellation request is submitted through the customer service center or by email by 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 9
Please note: If you cancel your reservation directly through the website or app, a cancellation fee may be charged.
