This event is a non-reserved, standing outdoor performance
A confirmation number will be provided upon purchasing your ticket. Please present the given number at the ticket booth to receive your pass to the Superx Summer Festival.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded on the day of the event.
Please understand that discounts and ticket prices may vary depending on the date of purchase.
Re-selling tickets is illegal.
Super X Korea is not liable for tickets sales made through private transaction or any other unaffiliated agents.
Persons caught re-selling, tampering, or forging tickets are criminally liable and will be immediately forced to exit the premises.
Valid Photo ID must be presented at the entrance.
No minors under the age of 19 (born before August 15th, 1995) may attend SuperX Summer Festival
Minors accompanied by a legal adult may not attend and all tickets belonging to minors will be deemed invalid and nonrefundable.
Identification will be asked upon entry to Super X Summer Festival. Please bring one of the following valid photo IDs: Government issued ID, Passport, Driver’s License, Alien Registration Card
Tickets purchased on the day of the event require the presentation of a valid photo ID. Those without ID will be unable to enter.
Ticket = Wristband
1 Ticket may be used for up to 4 people.
SuperX Summer Festival Official Tickets will be represented by a wristband. This system is designed to maintain efficiency and organization for your benefit. All wristbands obtained outside of regulation and law will be criminally charged. Please report all illegal activity to Show Factory by calling 1588-4446
Wristbands are the sole responsibility of the buyer; Super X Korea is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen wristbands.
Ticket Booking/Cancellation Policy
Exchanges, cancellations and refunds can only made through the reservation office.
Refunds will only be provided if cancellations are made in accordance with the policies of SuperX Korea.
Tickets are non exchangeable and non-refundable on the day of the event.
Certain belongings may not be permitted at the event.
There will a security checkpoint prior to entry. All illegal goods (illegal weapons, narcotics, etc.) will be confiscated and the authorities will be notified.
Food and drinks brought from outside the venue are not permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at designated food courts.
Prohibited Items
Explosives, firearms, narcotics, items that may cause injury or harm to others, and glass objects.
Fireworks, whistles, lasers, and flash photography may only be permitted with prior authorization from Super X Korea.
Cookware and other related items/ pets
Professional DSLR cameras, tape recorders, video equipment and other recording devices (excluding mobile phones) are not permitted unless prior authorization is given by Super X Korea.
At the request of the artist all recorded material of the performance may be prohibited and those caught acting outside of policy will be forced to leave the premises and all recording devices will be confiscated.
Causing damage to the venue or injuring other audience members will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and the appropriate legal action will be taken.
Super X Korea is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur to you both inside and outside the venue. Please be aware of all valuables and keep them safe.
Due to the nature of the event, all those caught recording material will be expelled from the premises and legally charged for their actions.
Super X Korea and all sponsors/partners are not liable for any injuries sustained from prolonged exposure to high volume noise.
Admission to certain stages will be controlled and/or limited for crowd control.
