▶ Please be advised that these seats may have partially obstructed views or limited sound quality, depending on their location and individual viewing preferences, due to venue structures or equipment.
We strongly recommend that you consider this carefully before making your purchase.
Please note that cancellations, changes, or refunds will NOT be permitted on the day of the concert due to any issues related to restricted view or sound from these seats. The event organizer and ticketing platform are not responsible for any inconvenience caused.

[Identity Verification]
* The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers.
- If you have pre-registered for Face Pass, you can receive your entry wristband and enter through facial verification at the gate without needing your ticket checked or additional identity verification.
- If you do not wish to use Face Pass, you can verify your ticket and identity at the IN-PASS booth and receive your entry wristband.
(Admission is only granted when the NOL World reservation and attendee ID perfectly match.)
- NOL World reservations must be made using the attendee's account, including for customers under 14 years old.

[Wheelchair Seats Reservation]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating can be reserved starting at 9 AM, Tuesday, October 13, 2026 (KST) only by phone through the NOL World Customer Service Center (1544-1555 / operating hours from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please note that these tickets may sell out before the reservation period ends. Be mindful of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day, starting five hours before the start of the concert at the on-site ticket booth in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. Both you and your accompanying guest will be denied entry if these documents are not provided.
- Wheelchair-accessible seating tickets can only be collected on-site by the individual who made the reservation. (*Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted.)

※ You can only reserve the ticket with your verified account to prevent unauthorized use by a third party.
- Please make sure that you verify your identity before the reservation of the concert ticket.
- Please prepare your passport before the identity verification. (*Using Korean passport for the verification is not possible)
