Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.
• Concert and accommodation are linked and cannot be canceled separately.
• Cancellation fees
KRW 4,000 per transaction from 8 days after purchase up to 26 days prior to the performance date
40% cancellation fee if canceled 25 to 15 days before the performance date.
70% cancellation fee if canceled 14 to 8 days before the performance date.
90% cancellation fee if canceled 7 to 4 days before the performance date.
100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 3 days before, with no refund available.
