Ticket Collection Information:

- Tickets for this event are available for on-site collection only.
- Ticket collection and on-site purchases will be available starting 2 hours prior to the performance time (on the day of the event only).
- When collecting tickets, verification will be conducted using the reservation confirmation (booking details) or a valid ID (passport) of the purchaser, along with the last digits of the registered mobile phone number.
To ensure a smooth ticket collection process, please bring your ID, reservation confirmation, and SMS (message containing the booking number).
- In the event that tickets are lost or damaged, reissuance will not be permitted. Please take care to keep your tickets safe.
- Cancellations, refunds, or changes are not permitted at the venue on the day of the performance.
- Cancellation fees will be applied in accordance with the cancellation policy period. After the cancellation deadline, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
Any cancellation, refund, or change of tickets must be processed through the original ticketing platform where the purchase was made.
- On-site ticket sales on the day of the performance will be conducted only for any remaining seats after advance sales close. If tickets are sold out, on-site sales will not be conducted without prior notice.
