- Tickets must be used by the purchaser themselves. Transfer or proxy collection is strictly prohibited.

- Hotel stay is available only if the purchaser completes check-in in person, and if any guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.

• Concert and accommodation are linked and cannot be canceled separately.

• Cancellation fees

KRW 4,000 per transaction from 8 days after purchase up to 35days prior to the performance date

30% cancellation fee if canceled 34 to 21 days before the performance date.

60% cancellation fee if canceled 20 to 8 days before the performance date.

90% cancellation fee if canceled 7 to 4 days before the performance date.

100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 3 days before, with no refund available.
