- Operating Hours: From the opening time of each session until 30 minutes after the performance starts.

※ Only the two forms of identification listed above will be accepted for identity verification. No other forms of identification will be accepted under any circumstances. Please bring one original valid ID from the above list on the day of the concert.
※ Photocopies of identification documents and expired IDs will not be accepted. Please present the original valid ID.
- Even if you are the reservation holder, you will not be able to collect your ticket if you cannot present a valid physical ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please be sure to bring your original ID for identity verification.
- If your identity cannot be verified, you will not be able to collect your ticket. (Ticket collection and concert attendance by a proxy are strictly prohibited.)
【VIP Important Information】
- Guaranteed 1st-floor seating (Consecutive seating cannot be guaranteed.)
- In addition to the main performance, VIP ticket holders can participate in the hi-touch event held after the performance.
- Identity verification will be conducted for all ticket purchasers and companions upon entry. For identity verification purposes, the names of the purchaser and each companion will be printed on the tickets. Please note that admission will be denied if your identity cannot be verified.
- Companions cannot be changed after the application is submitted. If you register a companion, please be sure to obtain their consent before applying.
- Please note that no refunds, including ticket fees, will be provided even if you are unable to enter the venue.
- Audio or video recording may be conducted during the identity verification process for record-keeping purposes. Please be advised.
- We are unable to respond to any inquiries regarding seat assignments.
