- This is a non-assigned standing concert, and entry is permitted only to ticket holders.

- Physical tickets will not be delivered in advance and must be collected on-site.

- Please make sure to check the official website and SNS announcements, which will be updated later, for detailed information regarding tickets and event operations.

- Ticket collection and entry by proxy are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that the reservation is made under the actual attendee’s name.

- On the day of the performance, entry will only be permitted after identity verification at the ticket booth using the purchaser’s and companion’s valid physical ID (passport) and reservation details, and after the wristband has been issued and worn.

- If you do not meet the age requirement or fail to present your reservation details and valid physical ID, the wristband will not be issued. In such cases, cancellations or refunds will not be permitted.

Expired IDs, copies of IDs (including screenshots or printed versions), are not accepted for verification. Please make sure to bring your passport.

Cancellation Policy 

• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.

• Concert and accommodation are linked and cannot be canceled separately.

• Cancellation fees

KRW 4,000 per transaction from 8 days after purchase up to 61days prior to the performance date

  50% cancellation fee if canceled 60 to 31 days before the performance date.

  80% cancellation fee if canceled 30 to 15 days before the performance date.

  100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 14 days before, with no refund available.
