Tickets will be available for a limited time through
an exclusive advance sale for NOL TICKET members.

【Ticket Pickup】・Tickets can be picked up on the day of the performance at the “NOL TICKET” ticket booth at the venue.・Please present the purchaser’s passport (original only) to the staff at the ticket booth. (Copies or images will not be accepted.)・Reissuance is not possible under any circumstances.

【Cancellation Policy】・Once the purchase is confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

【Important Notices】

・Doors are scheduled to open 1 hour before the performance starts.

・Please note that a venue drink fee (600 yen) must be paid upon entry, separate from the ticket price.

・All seats are reserved. Preschool children are not admitted. (Elementary school students and older require a ticket.)

・Reserved-seat tickets may be purchased up to 4 per person.

・Seats cannot be randomly assigned. Please check your seat number on the ticket you receive.

・No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after ticket purchase, except in the event of performance cancellation. In addition, tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, damage, or theft.

・Performance content, door/opening times, start times, and performers are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to such changes.

・Ticket resale for profit is strictly prohibited. If tickets purchased through unauthorized channels or via auctions/SNS are identified, both the seller and buyer may be denied entry. No refunds will be provided in such cases. The artists, organizers, official ticketing agents, and all parties involved in the performance bear no responsibility for any issues arising from ticket resale.

・The organizer may conduct video and photo recording anywhere in the venue, including the audience and lobby areas. Images of attendees may be used in event-related videos, printed materials, outdoor digital advertisements, or web/mobile content. By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have consented to this use.

・There is no parking at the venue. Please use public transportation.

・Information regarding merchandise sales start times will be announced on the official website once confirmed. Merchandise purchases are limited to ticket holders; however, if you wish to purchase merchandise before ticket pickup time, staff will verify your NOL TICKET purchase screen and passport, after which you may enter the merchandise area.

・For safety reasons, bag inspections may be conducted upon entry. If prohibited items are found, please follow staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

・During the performance, please use cheering goods in a manner that does not obstruct other attendees’ views. Cheering goods featuring artists’ images, items of a size that may disturb others or the production, or items with offensive content are prohibited. The use of non-official light- or sound-emitting items is also prohibited.

・All gifts for artists and staff (including letters, flowers, and presents) are not accepted. Any audience-led plans or surprise actions that may interfere with event operations or production are prohibited both inside and outside the venue and during the performance.

・Please take extra care of your valuables. The organizer, venue, and related parties assume no responsibility for loss or theft.

【Concert Filming Policy】Filming is permitted from the start of the encore until the end of the performance only.
・Filming before the encore is strictly prohibited, except where explicitly permitted by the organizer for production reasons.

・Filming is allowed only with personal smartphones/mobile phones. The use of DSLR cameras, video cameras, binoculars with recording functions, or other recording devices is prohibited.

・Even with smartphones, the use of selfie sticks, tripods, clip lenses, or telephoto lenses is prohibited.

・Flash and lights are prohibited. Please be considerate to avoid capturing other attendees’ faces.

・Live streaming and self-filming (selfies) within the audience area are prohibited.

・Even during permitted filming times, please do not leave your seat, move to other seats or aisles, obstruct others’ views, or cause physical contact.

・If any violations are identified, staff may issue warnings, request the deletion of recorded data, or ask for ID verification. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in forced removal from the venue, with no refund.
