- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the event in order to receive your ticket. Both you and your accompanying guest will be denied entry if these documents are not provided.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket.
