Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.
• Concert ticket cannot be canceled separately.
• Cancellation fees
KRW 4,000 per transaction from 8 days after purchase up to 46 days prior to the performance date
60% cancellation fee if canceled 45 to 31 days before the performance date.
80% cancellation fee if canceled 30 to 15 days before the performance date.
100% cancellation fee if canceled 14 to the day of the performance, with no refund available.
