Ticket Purchase & Cancellation
- Seating charts and seat locations can be checked during the seat selection step of booking.
- A maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per ID, inclusive of any pre-sale purchases. For smooth entry, each attendee is encouraged to carry their own ticket.
- Seats cannot be changed after booking is complete. To change seats, please cancel your existing booking and rebook.
- Cancellations can be made via "My Page" on NOL World until 23:59 the day before the match. Tickets cannot be cancelled on match day, and tickets purchased at the venue are also non-refundable.
- No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled on the date of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies from the day after purchase. The booking fee (KRW 2,000) is non-refundable.
- Bookings identified as fraudulent or made through abnormal methods may be cancelled, and future bookings may be restricted.
Seating & Viewing Notice
- Some seats may have partially obstructed views due to the stadium's structure, railings, safety equipment, advertising boards, and broadcast/operations equipment.
- Actual sightlines may vary depending on seat location and on-site conditions.
- Seat exchanges are not available due to personal preference regarding seat location or view.
- For your safety, please remain in your assigned seat throughout the match.
Mobile Ticket & Entry Guide
- Entry is via mobile ticket only. The entry QR code is generated starting 4 hours before kickoff.
- Please present the activated QR code on match day. Screenshots or photos of the QR code will not be accepted for entry.
- When 2 or more tickets are purchased together, tickets may be shared via the "Send/Receive Gift" feature. However, a gifted ticket cannot be re-gifted to a third party, and mobile tickets cannot be exchanged for paper tickets.
- Stadium entry opens 2 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff. Entry gates may be crowded, so please allow ample time to arrive.
- Bag and belongings checks will be conducted at entry for the safety of all attendees.
Stadium Usage Notice
- Traffic and parking around the stadium may be congested on match day. Public transportation is recommended.
- Viewing from aisles, stairways, or emergency exits is not permitted.
- Please follow the instructions of on-site staff at all times.
Prohibited Items
All belongings will be inspected at the entrance. Prohibited items include:
- Alcohol, beverages over 600mL, cans, and glass bottles
- PET bottles must be uncapped before entry.
- Hard containers such as thermoses and tumblers are not allowed.
- Explosives, flares, fireworks, and other hazardous materials
- Political, religious, or discriminatory items or materials
- Unauthorized commercial or promotional items
- Professional audio/video recording equipment (mobile phones excepted)
- Laser pointers, whistles, and loudspeakers
- Large or obstructive items (e.g., umbrellas, tripods, folding chairs, strollers) that may block other attendees' view or movement
- Any other items deemed unsafe by the event organizers
