Ticket Reservation Schedule

• Online Reservation Opens: Tuesday, May 27 at 19:00 (KST), 2025

o Please complete membership registration and ID verification in advance.
o Online reservation closes at the start of the second half on match day.

• On-site Ticket Sales: Thursday, June 5 from 14:00 (KST), 2025

o On-site sales will be available only if tickets remain after online sales.
o Online and on-site sales will take place simultaneously on match day.

• On-site ticket booth and information center hours: June 5, 14:00–20:00 (KST)

Ticket Purchase Guidelines

• Purchase Limit: Up to 10 tickets per account

o One ticket per person. Group reservations of 11 or more are not available.
o Seat types may vary by section (assigned or unassigned seating).

• Service Fee: KRW 1,000 per ticket

• Payment Methods: Credit card only

o Bank transfers and deposits are not accepted.

Wheelchair and Discount Tickets

Wheelchair Seats

• Reservation via phone only → Payment and ticket collection at the on-site booth on match day.
• Welfare card and wheelchair verification are required at pickup.
• Maximum of 2 tickets per reservation (1 user + 1 guardian).
• Wheelchair seats are located in designated no-chair zones. Refer to the seating chart for details.

Discounted Seats (E-seats)

• Purchase online → Verify eligibility at the on-site booth on match day.
• Documents required:
o Disability card (grades 1–6)
o Student/youth ID or passport
o Registered player/referee/coach certificates (JoinKFA)
• Only 1 discounted ticket per person. Proxy pickup is not allowed.
• If documents are not presented, the price difference must be paid at pickup.
• Tickets purchased online cannot be canceled or modified on match day.
• Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. Entry is not allowed without a valid ticket.

Free Admission for Children Under 36 Months

• Children under 36 months may enter free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.
• Proof of age is required (e.g., Passport).
• A ticket must be purchased if the child will occupy a seat.

Ticket Cancellation Policy

• Tickets can be canceled via “My Page” on PlayKFA.com
o Partial cancellations are not allowed. Cancel all tickets and repurchase if needed.
o Cancellations are allowed until 23:59 the day before the match.
o Cancellations are not allowed on match day.

Cancellation Fee

• Same-day cancellations: No fee
• After 1 day: 10% cancellation fee
o The service fee is non-refundable.

Seats with Obstructed View

Some seats may have a partially blocked view due to stadium structure.
These are considered obstructed view seats.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed after purchase.

Mobile Ticket Information

• Tickets will be issued via the PlayKFA app under the reservation ID.
• Multiple tickets purchased with one ID will be grouped together.
• Use the “Send/Receive Gift” feature to share tickets with others.
o This feature is available only to the original purchaser.
• The ticket QR code will be activated 4 hours before kickoff.
• Screenshots and reservation numbers alone are not valid for entry.
• Due to unstable on-site internet, please download your ticket in advance. (By interpark Global APP)

Stadium Entry Information

• Entry opens 2 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff.

o Entry times may vary depending on the organizer’s schedule.
o The stadium is most crowded one hour before the match starts.
o Re-entry is not allowed.
o No smoking areas are available inside the stadium.
o Tickets purchased from unofficial sources may be restricted at entry.

• Entrance gates vary by seat section.

o Please check your designated gate in advance.
o Seat layout images are for reference and may differ from the actual layout.

Monitoring of Illegal Ticket Activity

To ensure fair ticketing, KFA actively monitors and cancels illegal transactions.
If you discover suspected violations, please report them.

• Reservation information (match date, reservation number, or seat number)
• URL of the illegal transaction listing

Verified cases will be canceled without prior notice.
Related accounts will be permanently banned from future ticket reservations.
KFA and its partners are not responsible for any damages caused by illegal ticket transactions.

Prohibited Items

All belongings will be inspected at the entrance.

Prohibited items include:

• Alcohol and beverages over 600mL
o PET bottles must be uncapped
o No solid containers like thermoses (except baby food items)

• Explosives, flares, fireworks
• Political, religious, or discriminatory materials
• Unauthorized commercial or promotional items
• Professional audio/video equipment (except mobile phones)
• Lasers, whistles, loudspeakers
• Large or obstructive items (e.g., umbrellas, tripods, folding chairs, strollers)
• Any items deemed unsafe by the event organizers
