Cancellation Policy

• Concert and accommodation are linked and cannot be canceled separately.

• Cancellation fees

KRW 4,000 per transaction from 8 days after purchase up to 22days prior to the performance date

30% cancellation fee if canceled 21 to 15 days before the performance date.

60% cancellation fee if canceled 14 to 8 days before the performance date.

80% cancellation fee if canceled 7 to 4 days before the performance date.

100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 3 days before, with no refund available.
