Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.
• Concert and accommodation are linked and cannot be canceled separately.
• Cancellation fees
No cancellation fee if canceled up to 21 days before the performance date.
  30% cancellation fee if canceled 20 to 15 days before the performance date.
  60% cancellation fee if canceled 14 to 10 days before the performance date.
  80% cancellation fee if canceled 9 to 4 days before the performance date.
  100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 3days before, with no refund available.
