［Age Restriction］
-Ages 7 and above (Born on or before December 31, 2020)
-Age restrictions are applied based on date of birth. Please be sure to bring identification documents showing your date of birth (visual age verification is not accepted).
-If you are unaware of the age restriction or fail to bring proof of age, entry will be denied regardless of parental accompaniment. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be made on the day of the performance due to this reason, so please take note when booking.

［Ticket Booking Information］
-Ticket Purchase Limit: Up to 4 tickets per person per performance.
-Wheelchair seating is available in Grade A seats, Row 20 of Sections A, B, and C on the 1st floor. Wheelchairs cannot be used on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
-Wheelchair seating can only be booked by phone. For wheelchair seat reservations, contact NOL Ticket Customer Center: 1544-1555 (Operating hours: 09:00-18:00 / Year-round)
-Rows 1-4 of Sections A, B, and C on the 1st floor offer the advantage of viewing from close proximity to the stage with a sense of immediacy. However, these seats are lower than the stage with no elevation difference, which may result in limited visibility for some scenes. Individual discomfort may occur, so please consider this when booking.
- Seats with obstructed views are sold at a discounted price and are not eligible for any additional discounts.

［Ticket Collection Information］
-Reserved tickets can be collected and on-site purchases can be made from 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance starts (for same-day performances only).
-Reserved tickets can be collected after verification of ＂reservation number + mobile phone number, reservation confirmation, or ticket holder＇s ID.＂
-Tickets requiring discount verification can be collected at the ＂Discount Verification Counter＂ after presenting proof of eligibility (discount recipients must present verification documents in person).
-If discount verification documents are not presented, the difference based on the regular price must be paid, and discount category changes on the day are not permitted.
-Lost tickets cannot be reissued, so please keep them safe.

［Performance Viewing Guidelines］
-Photography, video recording, and audio recording without prior arrangement are strictly prohibited. Equipment with recording capabilities such as opera glasses with cameras, camera glasses, and small cameras that raise concerns about illegal recording are prohibited from being brought into or used in the auditorium. If illegal recording or audio recording is suspected in the auditorium, on-site staff may intervene or request verification even during the performance. Depending on the situation, removal from the venue may occur, and we may request to inspect personal belongings. Thank you for your understanding.
-Rows 1-4 on the 1st floor of GS Arts Center have no elevation difference, and Row 8 seats on the 3rd floor are flexible seating with high chairs that have a higher seat surface than fixed seats and include lower footrests. Please take note when booking.
-The ticket holder is responsible for any consequences due to lack of awareness of auditorium entry regulations, and no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be made due to this reason, so please take note.

［Late Entry Information］
-After the performance has started, entry is permitted only at designated times, and you may be seated in seats guided by staff rather than your reserved seats.
-If late entry is not permitted, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be made on the day of the performance.
