If a standing ticket holder has also booked a reserved seat, both the standing ticket holder and the reserved seat companion must visit the standing booth together for identity verification.

※ Reserved tickets can only be redeemed via mobile ticket service, and no physical tickets will be offered or be available for will-call.
(When you reserve your ticket, only the “mobile ticket” option will be available as a ticketing option.)

▶ Identity Verification and Ticket Confirmation
The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers. The identity verification process will take place in a separate space starting four hours prior to the start of the concert, and you can receive your entry wristband after presenting your mobile ticket and an ID that verifies your identity (refer to [Valid Forms of ID for Identity Verification] below).
Your entry will be restricted if you fail to present a valid ID with the same name as the person who made the reservation, even if you have a ticket; please ensure that you have a valid form of ID that can be used to verify your identity.
Please create an Interpark ID in your name before the ticket reservation. Customers below the age of 14 must also make a reservation with their own Interpark IDs registered in their name.
Customers under the age of 14 who make reservations using an ID in the name of their lineal ascendant will be permitted to enter the venue only if the reservation holder proves that they are a lineal ascendant of the underage attendee. In such cases, please have all of the following documents available:
i) Document proving lineal ascent: A Family Relations Certificate or a Resident Registration Certificate
ii) ID of the person who made the reservation
iii) ID of the concert attendee
※ Admission will be denied if the reservation is made under the ID of a collateral family member (such as a sibling) or anyone other than a lineal ascendant.
