Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.
• Concert and accommodation are linked and cannot be canceled separately.
• Cancellation fees
No cancellation fee if canceled up to 21 days before the performance date.
  30% cancellation fee if canceled 20 to 16 days before the performance date.
  50% cancellation fee if canceled 15 to 8 days before the performance date.
  70% cancellation fee if canceled 7 to 3 days before the performance date.
  100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 2days before, with no refund available.
