[Terms of Purchase]
Please note, you must have an SBS ID to receive your tickets on-site.
At the venue, show your ticket information in the SBS app at the ticket booth to receive your wristband.
Create your SBS ID and enter your details in the "Additional Requests" section when booking.(Pop-up and My page)
Make sure all information is correct.
We are not responsible for entry denial due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

[Shuttle bus information]
Location: Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station, Exit 3 (Line 2). Look for the TRIPLE Korea sign.
Departure Time from Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station, Exit 3: 10:00 AM.
Departure Time from Venue: 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM (depending on when the event ends).
Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time to avoid any delays. The bus will not wait for late arrivals.

[Play Notice]
- Performance times and participating artists may change without prior notice due to the organizer's or performers' circumstances.
- Changes in the lineup may occur for various reasons. Cancellations due to lineup changes are not allowed.
- This package is for Standing Zone S. Specific seat numbers will be assigned randomly on the day of the event. Please note that there will be no pre-notification or change.
- All participants must bring their passport or certificate of foreign resident registration on the day of the event. - Tickets must be collected in person by the ticket holder. Proxy collection is not allowed.
- Neither the organizer nor the host is responsible for lost or stolen tickets after collection. Tickets cannot be reissued.
- Entry may be denied or seats may be changed if you cannot enter at the designated time.
- Re-entry is not allowed after the performance starts.
- For safety reasons, only water is allowed inside the viewing area; no other food or drinks are permitted.
- Taking photos or videos with a zoom camera inside the venue is prohibited. Bags may be inspected before entry.
- Large luggage is not allowed inside the concert hall.
- Personal belongings cannot be left on the shuttle bus.

[Precautions for purchase and cancellation]
- This package is not available for Korean nationals. Entry will be denied, and no refund will be given if a passport check on-site reveals Korean nationality.
- Age restriction: 15 years and older (born on or before July 21, 2009).
* Entry will be denied, and no refund will be given if a ticket is purchased for someone under 15 years old.
- A 100% cancellation fee applies after booking confirmation. No refunds are possible.
