UM TAE GOO is going to hold his first fan meeting to express his sincere gratitude to all the fans. He is waiting for you with all his heart.

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the following performance guidelines.
Please read the information below regarding the fan meeting before attending
in order to avoid any inconveniences or disadvantages.

This fan meeting is only available through the mobile ticket service,
We ask for fans' understanding that physical tickets will not be available for delivery or on-site pickup.
TEAMHOPE promises that we will do our best to make it possible for more fans to meet our actor in person and have a meaningful time. However, due to the CHUSEOK preceding the event and the possibility of not being able to deliver the tickets safely and in time, as well as concerns about the crowds on the day of the fan meeting, we have decided that we will not be able to provide physical tickets and will only be able to use the mobile ticket service.
We ask for our fans' understanding as this decision was made in consideration of the smooth running of the fan meeting. Thank you.

<Booking Information>
Ticket Sales Period: September 2nd 2024 (MON), 8PM (KST) ~ Sep 27th 2024 (FRI), 5PM (KST)
Purchase Limit : Up to 2 tickets per person

*Tickets for the fan meeting are not sold through any other channels or methods than through our official ticket vendor, INTERPARK.
*Any inconvenience or disadvantage incurred from unauthorized ticket sales is the purchaser's sole responsibility. The organizers and sponsors of the fan meeting and INTERPARK will not be held responsible for any issues arising from such illegal transactions nor be able to offer any help.
*If you make a reservation by bank transfer, the deposit must be made by midnight of the next day to avoid cancellation. (Cancelled if not paid)
*This fan meeting is recommended for ages 7 and up, and those under this age will not be admitted, regardless of whether they have a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian.

*Wheelchair seats can be reserved through the coex신한카드artium Customer Center from the day after ticket opening. (Inquiries: ☎1661-5628/ Operating hours: 09:00~18:00)
*Wheelchair seats are spaces without chairs and are available for purchase only for patrons using wheelchairs. They are not available to non-wheelchair-bound patrons, even if they have a disability registration card (or welfare card).
*Advance tickets for wheelchair seats can only be picked up at the venue. Ticket holders must bring their physical ID and disability registration card (or welfare card) to collect their wheelchair seat tickets, or they will not be admitted. (Proxy collection and transfer is not allowed.)
*A companion in a wheelchair seat must also purchase a ticket to be admitted, and we will provide a simple chair for the companion, not a fixed chair.
*Tickets cannot be changed/canceled/refunded after the cut-off time and on the day of the performance.

* This fan meeting is only available as a mobile ticket service, and physical tickets are not provided, so delivery and on-site pickup are not available.
* When booking tickets, you can only select 'Mobile Ticket' as the ticket delivery method.
* Mobile ticket gifting is not available for this performance.
* On the day of the fan meeting, you must show the QR code of the reserved mobile ticket in person to verify your identity and enter the venue, so please check the details before visiting the venue.
* You must not upload the mobile ticket capture screen or downloaded ticket to SNS or share it with others, and the organizers and sponsors of the fan meeting and INTERPARK will not be held responsible if there are any problems when entering the venue due to this.
* For additional information on how to use the Mobile Ticket service, please contact Interpark Customer Center at 1544-1555.

<For Global Page ticket holders>
* If you made a reservation on the global reservation page, the mobile ticket can be used to access the Interpark Ticket global page (web) and Login > My Page and click the 'Mobile Ticket' button, you will receive a QR code to confirm your admission.
* You can check the completed mobile ticket through the reservation history on the My Page and the notification email sent when the reservation is completed. Please enter the correct email address when booking.
* Mobile tickets purchased from the global ticketing page cannot be downloaded as images on the device.

<Precautions before the fan meeting>
* Entry to the venue is available from an hour before the start of the performance.
* One ticket per person is required to enter the venue. (No entry without a ticket)
* Please complete entry at least 10 minutes before the start of the performance to ensure smooth operation.
* For this fan meeting, you will not be allowed to move to a seat other than your reserved seat.
* Admission may be restricted after the performance has started, and please follow the staff's instructions.
* All acts that infringe on copyright, such as taking photos and videos, recording and broadcasting, are prohibited. If caught, the filmed/recorded material will be deleted, and if repeated, you may be forced to leave the venue. Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after ejection.
* Drinks and food, except bottled water, and dangerous substances such as firecrackers and lasers are prohibited in the venue.
* Please cooperate with the staff's instructions and refrain from behavior that interferes with the viewing experience of other audience members.
* Cloakrooms will be open from an hour before the start of the performance, and only large luggage such as suitcases and bouquets can be stored.
* Please be careful with your valuables. The organizer/sponsor of the performance and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, etc. caused by your carelessness.
* We ask for your active cooperation in order to enjoy this fan meeting.
