Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation can be done directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation History.
• Cancellation for both accommodation and performance is processed together, and partial cancellations are not possible.

• Cancellation Penalty
- No cancellation fee if canceled up to 22 days before the performance date.
- 30% cancellation fee if canceled 16 to 21 days before the performance date.
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled 9 to15 days before the performance date.
- 70% cancellation fee if canceled 3 to 8 days before the performance date.
- 100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 2days before, with no refund available.

공연일 21일전~공연일 16일전까지 패널티 30%
공연일 15일전 ~ 공연일 9일전까지 패널티 50%
공연일 8일전~공연일 3일전까지 패널티 70%
공연일 2일전 ~ 당일까지 패널티 100%
