Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation can be done directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation History.

• Cancellation for both accommodation and performance is processed together, and partial cancellations are not possible.

• Cancellation Fees:

   - No cancellation fee if canceled up to 8 days before the performance date.  

   - 100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 1 to 7 days before, with no refund available.
