▶ Mobile Ticket Information - Reserved via Global Ticket Reservation Page

- If you reserved from the Global ticket reservation page, you can access your mobile ticket in the form of a QR code by signing into the Interpark Ticket Global page and clicking on the “Mobile Ticket” button on “My Page.”

- On the day of the concert, there might be challenges with mobile ticket access due to poor data traffic around the concert venue. To prepare for such case, we recommend taking screenshots of your reservation history/mobile ticket and the QR code screen before leaving for the concert venue.

- Mobile phone charging service is not provided on the day of the concert. Identity verification and admission will be restricted if you fail to present your mobile ticket due to your mobile phone turning off, so please prepare yourself in advance.

▶ VIP STANDING Notice

- VIP STANDING ticket holders can enter early and enjoy the sound check event without having to leave and re-enter the venue for the main performance.

- If you leave the venue after the sound check event is over, you will not be allowed to re-enter the venue; you may use the lobby inside the venue, including restrooms.

- Sound check event will take place about two hours prior to the actual concert. For more details about the identity verification and the entry process, please consult the in-person concert notice on the reservation page.

- Partial refunds are not available even if you have failed to attend the sound check event.

※ The view or sound from certain seats may be partially restricted by in-house structures or equipment, depending on the location of your seat or personal viewing standards. Please keep this in mind before purchasing the tickets for these seats. Ticket cancellations, changes, or refunds will not be offered on the day of the concert for view and sound restriction reasons; the event organizers and ticket retailer will not be held responsible for any such issues.

※ In the case of the Korean Interpark ticket reservation page, you can only reserve the ticket with your verified account to prevent unauthorized use by a third party. Please make sure that you verify your identity before the fan club verification and reservation of the concert ticket.

※ By making a ticket reservation, you are agreeing to the terms below; these terms are subject to additions and/or change depending on event circumstances. Please check the information carefully before attending the event to ensure that you are not adversely affected.

▶ Fan Club Early Reservation
- An ARMY Ｍembership holder who wishes to participate in early reservation must apply on the early reservation info page found in the “notice” on Weverse during the application period.
- You may make a reservation after completing the fan club pre-verification on the Interpark page for this concert within the pre-verification window.
- For early reservation, your ARMY Ｍembership username (as of the end of the fan club reservation application window), the name under your Interpark reservation and the name of the actual guest (please bring a form of ID) must all be identical; if not, your reservation and entry may be restricted. Make sure to check in advance if your ARMY Membership and Interpark membership information, such as date of birth, contact number, etc., are entered correctly.

[Identity Verification]
- The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers.
- Please note that mistakes, typos, or misspellings of the purchaser’s name and date of birth made when making a reservation on the Global Interpark ticket reservation page cannot be corrected under any circumstances, and admission will be restricted if the information on your ID and the Interpark reservation confirmation do not match completely.
- Your entry will be restricted if you fail to present a valid ID with the same name as the person who made the reservation, even if you have a ticket; please ensure that you have a valid form of ID that can be used to verify your identity. The name of the ARMY Membership holder, ticket reserver, and the guest attending the concert must all be identical.
- Please create an Interpark ID in your name before the ticket reservation. Attendees below the age of 14 must also make a reservation with their own Interpark IDs registered in their name.
- Attendees under the age of 14 who make reservations using an ID in the name of their lineal ascendant are permitted to enter the venue only if the reservation holder proves that they are a lineal ascendant of the actual attendee. In such cases, please bring all documents below.
i) Document proving lineal ascent: Family Relations Certificate or Resident Registration Certificate
ii) ID of the person who made the reservation
iii) ID of the concert attendee
- Admission will be restricted if the reservation is made under the ID of a collateral family member (such as a sibling) or others instead of a lineal ascendant.
- There are many suspected cases of forged or falsified identification and other documents for verification. You may be asked to undergo additional steps of identity verification if your identification is suspected of forgery or falsification; we ask for your cooperation.

[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved from 10 AM, Saturday, July 22, 2023 (KST) only by phone through the Interpark customer service center (1544-1555 / operating hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You and your accompanying guest will both be denied entry if you fail to present the above-mentioned certificate and ID card.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted.)

※ Reserved tickets can only be redeemed via mobile ticket service, and no physical tickets will be offered or be available for will-call.
