※ Proof Card is provided only to visitors of the exhibitions in Korea (Seoul, Busan) who enter the exhibition hall.

※ Tickets to this exhibition can only be redeemed via mobile ticket service, and no physical
tickets will be offered, and therefore, ticket shipping or will-call will not be provided. Tickets reserved through the global page are only redeemable on-site.
※ Tickets to this exhibition cannot be sent as gifts using the mobile ticket gifting feature.

※ Official merchandise for the Proof exhibition will be available for purchase. All merchandise can only be purchased on-site by viewers of the Proof exhibition. Further details will be announced through a separate notice.

[Identity Verification and Ticket Confirmation]
- The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers. please ensure that you have a valid form of ID that can be used to verify your identity.
- The name of the ARMY Membership holder, ticket reserver, and the actual visitor must all be identical; if not, your entry will be restricted.
- You will be denied entry if you made the reservation for the ticket with another person’s identification, even if you present the identification and all the necessary documents. Make sure you make your reservation under your own name. (Transferring the ticket to a family member or reserving the ticket for an immediate family member is prohibited.)
- There are many suspected cases of forged or falsified identification and documents for verification. You may be asked to undergo additional identity verification if your identification is suspected of forgery or falsification; we ask for your cooperation.

- HYBE INSIGHT offers a service that helps seniors and people with disabilities who have limited mobility enter, exit, and move between floors.
