*Auditorium opens 15 minutes before the show.

The performance starts on time.
Entrance is strictly prohibited after the performance starts. Latecomers cannot take their reserved seats so please be sure to take your seats before the show starts.

*Late entrance is ONLY permitted through the House staff’s guidance, at about 11 minutes after the beginning of the performance, to the designated seats on the 2nd floor of the auditorium. However, late entrance might not be allowed at all when seats are sold out.

*Lateness or any other reasons cannot be an excuse to get your reservation canceled, altered, or refunded on the day of the performance.

WEAR YOUR MASK
Make sure it covers both your nose and mouth. If not worn properly, you will be dismissed from the auditorium.

NO FOOD OR DRINK
Food or drink, including bottled water, are not allowed inside the theater building.

NO FILMING OR RECORDING
Filming or recording is not allowed during, before and after the performance, including the stage and the curtain call.

REMAIN IN YOUR SEATS
Do not change or move seats. Remain in your reserved seats during the performance.

NO USE OF ELECTRONIC DIVICES
Electronic devices, including your mobile and smart watch shouldn’t be used during the performance. The lights and sound may disturb the others and the actors. Please turn it off and put it in your bag before the performance starts.

NO RE-ENTRY
You may leave the auditorium during the performance, but re-entry is prohibited. Please take your belongings with you when you exit the auditorium, and use the doors you＇ve entered.
