Please be informed that King of the Zungle – WEATHER CHANGER, Zico’s second solo concert which will be held on February 22(Sat.) to 23(Sun.), 2020, has been delayed because of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) proliferation concerns.

Please understand that this company has provisionally delayed this show to prevent further damage to novel coronavirus which is spreading now because it thinks that the visitors, and staffs’ health is the top priority.

The next concert dates will later be announced through Interpark Ticket and official SNS channels of KOZ Entertainment.
The method and procedure for refunding tickets will be arranged on the Interpark Ticket.

<Refund information>
Refunds will be given to all the visitors who purchased the tickets will be arranged in order. Please see below for more details.

▶ Ordering the tickets by making a deposit without a bankbook
- For the total amount including the commission fees for ticketing /delivery, ticketing will be cancelled and the text messages will be sent in order.
Please enter the information on your refund account in [Confirm/Cancel the ticketing details] in My Page, Interpark Ticket after you will receive the text messages. Then, your refund will be accepted.
- In case that you already received the tickets, you can enter your refund account in My Page on the day that you received the text messages. After that day, please give us your refund account through the customer center.
- How to enter your account information: My Page > MY Ticket > Confirm/Cancel > Progress of Refund > Amend My Refund Account > Amend My Account > Enter the Account to Be Refunded and Amend
- Please make sure to enter the correct account information on <Bank name, account number, and beneficiary>.
- It takes about 7 days to complete your refund after checking your account.

▶ Ticketing by credit card payment
The credit card payment will automatically be cancelled and it takes about 5 to 7 days for each credit card company to complete the cancellation.
The refund date depends on payment dates and credit card companies. For more information, please check each credit card company.
