- Fan club members using global website must go through fan club authentication in the global website for pre-purchase.
Fan club authentication done in the Korean website must purchase tickets in the Korean website.

- Present any kind of personal ID for identification purposes. Tickets will not be issued when failing to present relevant evidential document of the identification.
［Ex. 1］ Purchased by individual’s ID : Present a physical personal ID with a photo attached (such as passport or alien registration card) and a printed copy of purchase statement.
［Ex. 2］ Purchased by a direct family member’s ID : Present any document that certifies family membership (such as family membership certificate, resident registration certificate, health insurance certificate) and a physical personal ID with a photo attached.

- Under aged must present a student ID or passport.
Student ID must have photo attached and the date of birth printed.

- Hand-over tickets and tickets bought illegally will not be admitted to the venue.

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be purchased by telephone booking at Interpark Customer Service Center
