2. How to use the ticket

1) Purchase an Interpark ticket.

2) Check the QR code sent after purchasing a ticket.

3) Enter Nami Republic.

4) Can use each facility only once after QR code inspection.

3. How to use the facility

1) The boat fare is included in this ticket.

2) Some of the facilities may not be used due to weather and other conditions of the site.

3) This ticket can be used only once per facility on the very day of use.

4) There are 5 kinds of bicycles (single, couple, electric, family, and sky), and only one of them can be used (multiple use not allowed).

5) Additional fee may be charged at the site if the time limit for bicycle riding is exceeded (30 minutes per ride)

6) Couple bicycle is to be used by 2 persons.

7) No cancellation charge for this ticket (cannot be canceled on the very day of use).

 

4. Operation hours of ZIP WIRE on weekdays and weekends

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Kindly note that tickets cannot be used on the very day of purchase.)

 

※ Tickets can be purchased in advance online, and tickets for the very day of use can be bought at the site at the ticket office. (Impossible to purchase tickets in advance or through telephone on the very day)

※ The combined gift certificate can be used until April 30, and ALL PASS (Day Pass) can be used from May 5.

※ To use the facility, present the QR code to the staff at the ticket office on the first floor of Skyline ZIP WIRE.

※ Refund for unused facilities is not allowed.

※ Some facilities may not be used according to the situation of the site.

* Restriction for use

People who have the following problems are not allowed to use the facility:

- A person who drank alcohol (Breathalyzer test at the site)

* Breathalyzer test is done at the site, and refund is not given if boarding is not allowed due to drinking.)

- Heart disease or abnormalities in heartbeat

- Before or after childbirth

- High or low blood pressure

- Panic disorder

- Chronic backache or spinal disorder

- Epilepsy or mental disorder

- Musculoskeletal disease (disc, arthritis, or degenerative joint disease)

- Person who underwent surgery 3 months ago or who cannot use the facility due to illness, etc.

- Adventure Course: Dizzying speed, moving to Jara Island and Nami Island onboard an exclusive boat

> In the Adventure Course, you will drop from the Departure Tower in the direction of Jara Island and go to Nami Island using an exclusive boat waiting at the dock (no additional fee). You can stroll slowly on Jara Island, which is famous for the Jazz Festival and camping.

> Distance: about 640m / Maximum speed: 80km/h

> Required time: About 1 minute and 20 seconds

 

- Family Course: Go directly to Nami Island~ Fly comfortably in the sky~

> The family course is used for direct entry into Nami Island, and you can appreciate the surrounding scenery while leisurely walking the 940m distance on Nami Island and exit using the boat of Nami Island. (No additional fee for boat fare, etc.)

> Distance: about 940m / Speed: 30~40km/h

> Required time: About 1 minute and 30 seconds

* The facility may not be operated during strong wind or heavy rain or snow for safety reasons. Be sure to check the weather conditions before use at the website of ZIP WIRE.

* Instructions on boarding

- Boarding is not allowed if you are not at the site at least 15 minutes before departure.

- Go to the tower (ticket booth) at least 30 minutes before departure time and complete the boarding (ticketing) process.

- Boarding may be delayed or canceled due to bad weather conditions (100% refund for cancellation due to bad weather condition).

- Boarding is not allowed for an intoxicated person or a pregnant woman.

- Advance purchase or cancellation of tickets on the very day is not allowed.

- Boarding or cancellation or refund of tickets after the reserved boarding time is not allowed.

- Carrying a carrier, a wide mat, or a tall backpack covering the face if worn on the front side is not allowed when boarding.

- Adventure Course: Height over 140cm, Weight below 100kg (Those who can complete the Discovery Course)

- Trampoline: Height below 140cm, Weight below 30kg

3. Bike Center: Those who are intoxicated or physically handicapped are not allowed to ride the bicycles.

1) Sky Bike: Height over 140cm (those less than 140cm tall may be admitted if accompanied by a guardian)

Capacity: 2 persons per bike, 3 including a baby wearing the belt (A baby not wearing the belt is not allowed.)

2) Family Bicycle: 2 adults in the back seat, and the front seat is for baby (up to 6 years of age)

Capacity: 4 persons per bicycle

Driver: Only adults over 20 years of age

3) Electric Bicycle: For single bicycle, over 12 years of age and over 150cm tall

Should be able to ride an ordinary bicycle

Weighing less than 95kg

The restrictions for single bicycle will be applied to babies, too; only persons over 20 years of age are allowed to ride.
