※ Please note that all programs are subject to change without prior notice for the purpose of stage production.   
※ Lost or damaged tickets will not be re-issued and do not guarantee entry under no circumstances. Please keep your tickets properly.
※ You can purchase up to 4 tickets per show. (ex. Feb 28th ; 4 tickets / March 1st ; 4 tickets, In total, you are allowed to purchase up to 8 tickets.)
※ INTERPARK is the only official source for purchasing tickets to 2014 INFINITE 1st WORLD TOUR ［ONE GREAT STEP］ RETURNS and no other agencies are eligible to sell tickets. Please be aware that any tickets bought through other outlets, transferred or resold for any price higher than the price printed on the ticket will never be refunded nor compensated whatsoever. Therefore, do not purchase tickets through any unauthorized ticket outlets other than INTERPARK. It is solely the responsibility of the ticket holders and neither production company nor ticket vendor will compensate for any disadvantages incurred from purchasing invalid tickets. Also, when illegal trade or transfer among individuals through online bbs is detected, those purchased tickets are not only invalid but also subject to legal penalty. In order to avoid any disadvantages concerning ticket purchase, please remain attentive. Thank you.

※ DVD recording is supposed to take place from Feb 28 to March 1st. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this recording may cause.

■ Notice for audience
1. The floor section is designated as standing-only area and there are assigned seats on the first and second floor.
2. Standing area is divided into 5 sections from A to E and the assigned ticket number indicates the order of entry. For the standing area, lower seat numbers will be admitted first.  
3. Every person needs to have a valid ticket.
4. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to enter.
5. No refund and exchange on the show day.
6. Tickets are refundable and exchangeable only through the ticket office/website that you purchased.
7. Please bring both your ID and confirmation receipt with you for on-site pick-up on the show day.

■ Ticket Delivery Information
1. Tickets purchased through website until Feb. 6th will be delivered by mail to avoid congestions on the day of concert.
Estimated ticket delivery: Feb 6th 2014 (Make sure that you put the correct address.)
2. Only those who purchase tickets after Feb 6th can choose onsite pick-ups.
*Global Page: Tickets purchased through global page must be picked up onsite. On the event day, please bring your ID or confirmation receipt with you to receive tickets.
3. Delivered tickets will not be re-issued in any cases. Please keep your tickets properly.
(Lost, stolen, damaged tickets will not be reissued under no circumstances.)
4. Once the ticket is delivered, online cancellation is no longer available. To request a refund after the delivery, please send your tickets to our customer service at the INTERPARK head office. 
5. If you are not able to receive tickets because of your absence, you may pick up the tickets at the onsite ticket booth on the day of concert. For any inquiries concerning ticket delivery and returned tickets, please call the INTERPARK customer center at 1544-1555.

■ Admissions and Venue Regulations
1. On the event day, ticket booth is open 3 hours prior to the concert.
2. Standing ticket holders are asked to line up in the waiting area 2 hours prior to the concert and will be admitted according to the ticket numbers an hour and half prior to the concert. Please make sure to arrive early not to miss the admission time. Once the entry begins, assigned ticket number is no longer valid.
3. Please make sure to arrive early. Once the concert starts, you may not enter the venue.
4. Standing area ticket holders may not change their sections and reserved seat purchasers cannot change the assigned seat.
5. Bottles, fireworks, lasers and other dangerous items are prohibited at the venue.
6. During the performance, all pictures and video recording will be prohibited. If you are found to be doing these, all of the recorded materials will be deleted and you will be forced to leave the premises at your second attempt.
7. Individuals that are causing or creating a situation that affects other individuals will be asked to leave the premise and escorted out of the venue by security.

- Operating Hours: From 3 hours prior to the concert to half an hour past the concert
   (All stored items should be picked up for an hour after the concert is over.) 
- Fee: KRW 1,000

- Valuable personal items cannot be stored. 

■ Transportation Guide
1. There might be a limited number of parking spots on the show day. We recommend you to use public transportation so that you can arrive at the concert venue on time.
