< Specific Information of SHINHWA 15th Anniversary Concert>

 

ㅁ Information of Ticket Booking

1. Standing area is divided into 6 sections - A, B, C, D, E, F and for each section, booking number stands for the order of entering. That is, while booking, selecting front number means entering prior to others.
2. 가~라(Ga~La) sections in VIP area have chairs set on the floor. Please remind this while booking.
3. Each person holding one ticket can enter ONLY.
4. Age under 7 year olds/pre-school children are not allowed to enter.
5. Exchange, cancellation and refund is only available before the show day, which means tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable on that day. Cancellation and refund regulation corresponds with the ticket site, INTERPARK.COM(Please recheck the information above before booking.)
6. Please bring your ID and printed copy of booking confirmation to receive ticket at the venue.

 

<Notice for Ticket Purchasing>
Tickets which are not purchased by appointed ticket site (for example, transferred tickets or extra cost tickets) cannot benefit from cancellation and refund. In addition, all damages aroused from/related to the tickets which are not purchased by appointed ticket site are solely depend on the purchasers. The concert’s host/organization and related corporation have no responsibility for any trouble in this case. If any illegal dealing is caught, the ticket must be cancelled and also legal action might happen.

ㅁ Information of Ticket Delivery

1. Tickets booked at the early stage of booking period will be delivered by package, and collecting tickets at the venue is possible only for the tickets booked after the package delivering date.
Package Delivering Date: February 27th (Wednesday)
2. Once tickets are delivered, it is impossible to re-issue. So, please keep the tickets carefully. (No excuses for ticket loss and damage or any other cases)
3. Once you receive the ticket, internet cancellation is not allowed. Cancellation only works after INTERPARK Head Office receives back the corresponding ticket.

4. Returned tickets should be collected from the ticket booth of the venue on the show day. For inquiries related to this case, please contact INTERPARK Customer Service Center. (Tel. 1544-1555)

 

ㅁ Notice for Admission and Watching Performance
1. Ticket booth will open 3 hours before the show. (16th-3pm, 17th-2pm)
2. Standing seats should line up 2 hours before the show and start entering 1 hour and half minutes before the show by queuing and entering in order of booking number. After the admission starts, booking number may turn invalid and may stand behind those who entered already so please turn up before the admission starts.(see below “Notice for Standing Seat” to check the specific rules)
3. After the show starts, there might be an entrance restriction so please make sure to have plenty of time for arrival.
4. Seat movement among standing area and reserved seats area is not allowed.
5. Dangerous item such as bottle, firecrackers, laser is not allowed to carry into the show.
6. Taking photo and any other recordings (e.g. video, audio...) are strictly not allowed. If exposed, all data should be deleted, and also you can be forced to leave when repeated.

 

ㅁ Notice for Stockroom

1. Stockroom is available only for the standing area ticket holders, and please do not stock any valuables.
2. When tickets are stocked with other items at the stockroom, you cannot enter the show.
3. Operating hours before the show: from 4 hours before the show to 30 minutes after the show starts
4. Picking up hours after the show: one hour after the show finishes

ㅁNotice for Standing Seat

1. Lining up for the standing seat admission starts 2 hours before the show starts.
2. Before lining up for the standing seat admission, keep your belongs at the stockroom.
3. Before lining up for the standing seat admission, show your ticket to get wristband at the exchange booth and wear it on your wrist.
4. Find signs for your seat area, and please confirm your booking number and line up in front of the sign in the order of booking number.
5. Tickets and wristbands are mandatory for standing seats to enter.
(Either one of them are missing, admission is not allowed.)
6. Ticket holders arriving after the admission starts will enter in the order of showing.

 

ㅁ Other notices

1. Concert’s host/organization does not accept wreath request.
2. Rice wreath and coal briquette wreath will be placed inside of 1-1 Gate, and must be removed after the show ends.
3. Concert’s host/organization does not accept banner setting request in the venue.
4. Heavy traffic jam is expected on the show day, so please try to use public transportation.
