EPEX OFFICIAL FANCLUB 1st ZENITH RECRUITMENT

* Membership Period
October 1st, 2022 (Sat) ~ September 30th (Sat), 2023

* Qualification
Registered member of EPEX OFFICIAL FAN CAFE(cafe.daum.net/OfficialEPEX) & Interpark(www.interpark.com)
(For members who are not members of the EPEX OFFICIAL FAN CAFE, there may be restrictions on information and benefits related to FANCLUB activities.)

* Fan Club Benefits
1. EPEX OFFICIAL FANCLUB 1st card (cannot be reissued if lost or damaged)
2. EPEX OFFICIAL FANCLUB 1st KIT (delivery schedule to be announced later)
3. Pre-sale benefits for EPEX domestic activities (concerts, fan meetings, etc.) (upon agreement with the organizer)
4. Priority admission to EPEX official schedule (upon agreement with the organizer)
5. Upgrade to elite member status of EPEX OFFICIAL FAN CAFE
※ FANCLUB benefits are provided only during FANCLUB membership period and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
The sale or transfer of said benefits to another person will result in the disqualification of the OFFICIAL FANCLUB.
※ Pre-sale benefits are subject to change after consultation with organizer.
※ If an illegal transaction using the FANCLUB benefits with the ID is detected after pre-sale, the ticket may be forcibly canceled, and the fan club membership may also be disqualified.

* 1st ZENITH Registration Special Event
8 of FANCLUB members will be selected to receive official membership cards with a random autograph of a EPEX member.
(8 of 1st OFFICIAL FANCLUB members will be selected to receive signed polaroid photos of EPEX members. Randomly delivered within all the registered members)

* Autographed membership card winning member numbers: 9, 88, 111, 301, 401, 608, 727, 1001

* Precautions
1. You must sign up for the OFFICIAL FANCLUB with an Interpark ID under your own name, and not under someone else’s name.
2. 1 Interpark ID should be used for 1 FANCLUB member registration and registering with an ID under someone else’s name may result in restrictions of FANCLUB benefits.
3. If unable to register under your own name, you may register under your parent’s name, in which case you must bring with you a copy of the Family Relation Certificate, your parent’s ID, and your own ID in order to receive FANCLUB benefits.
4. The member information printed on the membership card will be printed according to the information on the registration.
5. When participating in FANCLUB activities in the future, there may be restrictions if the member name on the member card is different from that of the actual participant (If registering under your parent’s name, you must provide documented proof such as a copy of the Family Relation Certificate.)
6. For international members, please register under your official English name as written on your passport.
(Make sure to use correct spacing when writing your official English name.)
7. In the case of a change in your name, please make sure to request for this change to be reflected on your personal information on Interpark Ticket prior to registration.
8. When entering the date of birth, make sure to enter it in 6-digits (YYMMDD)
9. Refunds and withdrawals due to a change of mind after joining the EPEX official fan club are not available
10. If you delete your Interpark ID, with which you have signed up for the official fan club membership, you will not be able to re-join or enjoy fan club membership benefits under a new ID.
(You will no longer be able to access pre-sale or fan club benefits since we will not be able to match your new ID with your old membership ID.)
11. EPEX 1st OFFCIAL FANCLUB goods cannot be transferred or sold. The fan club membership card and the official KIT are exclusive to fan club members only and cannot be sold, transferred or distributed. In the case of such sale, transfer or distribution, your FANCLUB member status will be disqualified.
12. The EPEX 1st Official FANCLUB KIT will be shipped once the 1st term recruitment is completed. (Delivery schedule and items to be announced later)
13. Only one ID per person is allowed to register as an elite member of the EPEX OFFICIAL FANCLUB CAFE, and after completing the registration, when entering additional information, you must accurately enter the Daum ID that you signed up for in the EPEX OFFICIAL FAN CAFE. You can receive benefits that are in progress. (Nickname X) Please note that you will not be able to receive benefits if you enter your Daum ID incorrectly or do not enter it within the additional information input period.
14. Please note that you will be responsible for failed delivery of the FANCLUB KIT due to incorrect or missing information, and the KIT or the membership card will not be reissued for any reason.
15. Please be sure to fill out the additional information criteria before the fan club recruitment deadline. Information may only be modified during the recruitment period. (If additional information is not filled in, the membership card may contain missing names or non-providing of the qualification benefits.)
