1) Your exact name must be used to join the fan club.
Fan club benefits are invalid when other’s name is used.
2) Only 1 Daum ID per reservation number can be upgrade to VIP member in the official fan cafe (cafe.daum.net/TS-ASIAN).
3) We hold no responsibility for unshipped merchandises if you have submitted wrong information. Membership card cannot be re-issued once it has been issued.
4) Please be advised that if merchandise has been returned due to change or unavailability in address or phone number during membership registration period, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
5) Please note that no refunds are given for membership application fees.
6) Fan club benefits such as fan club membership card and official merchandises are special privileges given to fan club members, and are not transferrable to others. If benefits are violated, your membership will be forfeited.
